Our team day this year began at Taumi Freiburg, where we enjoyed a delicious Asian lunch together. We then walked to the Freiburg Botanical Gardens in (fortunately good!) weather.

Did you know that Cadida has a design & construction department? Yes, and it has continued to grow with the latest project in design and modeling for a large laboratory engineering company.
Today we are at digitalBAU in Munich. This trade fair is a bit smaller than its "big brother" in Cologne, but it offers more time for in-depth discussions with other experts in digitization.
How nice that this year the horse show took place on May 6 and 7 at Mundenhof. The tournament is organized annually by the riding club 99 e. V., which, in addition to the horse show, does great work and promotes and supports different groups of people.

Cadida turned 10 years old in March - we look back with satisfaction and look forward to the future with anticipation. With pride we look back on numerous successfully completed projects. They were exciting and filled with meaning for us.
Cadida Software will soon start a new research project together with the University of Applied Sciences Offenburg. The project will investigate the extent to which artificial intelligence and a robotic arm can support persons with total body paralysis and persons with locked-in syndrome in everyday life.
We had so many ideas for the trip this year and voted. It turned out - the majority wants action! So we are especially happy that the destination was Europa Park. We enjoyed delicious food together at Rock Café, rode (almost all 🙈) roller coasters and watched a short movie in the 4D cinema.
Thank you very much for the very successful trade show, many exciting conversations, lively networking and a lot of inspiration! The leading international trade fair for laboratory technology, analytics and biotechnology could take place again this year and of course we were present there as exhibitors.
This year, we were again happy to support the horse show here at the Mundenhof in Freiburg with a sponsorship. We are pleased that we were able to hold the May tournament of the riding club 99 in Freiburg again after two years of pandemic-related break.
And are very happy to see each other live and in color. Normality is slowly returning, we can enjoy cookies together at the meetings and cuddle our sweet dog Sally. Even if you imagine such a software development house to be very quiet, because everyone is sitting at the PC and developing, it is currently very lively. It's nice to have smiling colleagues around again.
As an exhibitor, we are currently getting the feedback from organizers that trade shows are being cancelled. Such as the sad news from wvib Schwarzwald AG that the industry trade fair i+e in Freiburg, scheduled for March 16-18, 2022, will not take place. So also the organizers of the TWENTY2X - New Tech and New Business Fair on March 22-24, in Hanover was also canceled.
Therefore, we will not be able to exhibit at i+e and TWENTY2X this year. It is a great pity, because we were really looking forward to the exchange with you. But! Digitization is advancing
Digitization is advancing and affects everyone. Despite the most challenging times, many companies already have a digitization plan, but often the current budget is not enough to, for example, develop new software or integrate AR, VR or AI into the value and process chain.
