Cadida Software GmbH focuses on graphics, CAD, simulation and image processing. We offer software services as well as own products in the mentioned areas.

We provide our customers with experienced interdisciplinary teams. The teams offer a wide horizon of knowledge, both in software and in physics, bioinformatics, mathematics, molecular biology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, etc. This bundled expertise, coupled with many years of experience and an open, agile way of working, enables us to cover a wide range of industries.

A pleasant working day is very important to us. We offer our employees an individual work concept: for example, flexitime or part-time and the possibility of sabbaticals (additional leave to save time for those who like to travel), a very good working atmosphere and enough room for creativity, self-determination and self-realization.

We hold regular training courses, mainly in-house, or give our employees the opportunity to gain further insights beyond their own area of expertise at conferences or trade fairs.

During the probationary period, we do not block vacation in order to provide personal freedom during the learning phase.

At the suggestion of the management, an employee representative has been elected. With regular dialog and exchange of ideas, we want to strengthen our team spirit and further improve the quality of our cooperation.

Premises

We have mainly quiet, bright offices for 2 and 3 people. The offices are furnished independently by the employees according to their wishes. For the health of our employees, we have exclusively ergonomic, electrically elevated desks.
