Your Tasks:

• Exciting projects with a lot of variety
• You organize and conduct meetings along the scrum process
• You remove obstacles on team level and foster an environment for a productive team
• You lead your team - without direct authority - with focus on self-organization and collaboration for continuous development
• You support the Product Owner in creating, maintaining and prioritizing the Product Backlog,
• participate in increment planning activities and ensure execution according to plan.

Your Profile:

• University/technical college degree, training or similar qualifications.
• Gladly also non-specialized such as mathematics, physics, mechanical engineering, biology, etc.
• Preferably 2 years of professional experience as Scrum Master;
• Alternatively, at least 2 years of professional experience in agile project or product environment.
• Proven skills in agile work environment (Scrum), ideally with relevant certifications
• Knowledge of the use of Jira and Confluence and the ability to
• Independently design and moderate appointment formats (Scrum meetings & workshops)
• Experience in software development
