Over the years, we have maintained our agility, creativity and flat hierarchies. Satisfied because we have remained true to our values: healthy growth, sustainability and fairness, and financial independence.

Steady growth and development is also visible in the teams themselves - long-time employees are increasingly becoming leaders. The experience of working in the same team for several years is paying off - the teams are acting more and more independently and confidently. Through internal training, they are constantly learning new things from the other teams in the projects running in parallel.

We also get feedback from our customers again and again that they benefit from this growth. For example, we often hear that communication is clear and fluid and that they are getting high-quality, maintainable results even faster. Such moments then make us particularly happy.

Why can we look to the future with anticipation? Well, because on the one hand we have proven to ourselves and others that we can master upcoming challenges both internally and externally. And on the other hand, because meaningful and at the same time professionally very exciting projects are about to start. They fill us with the feeling that we are doing something very valuable and fit in with our vision because they will add a great deal of value to society. This motivates us to get out of bed in the morning, go to work and give our best. And do it every day. And even on Monday 😉

Still, after our celebration, we will reflect and think about who we want to be in the next 10 years and how we can make that a reality.
